Did not find the vehicle wanted. A friend checked out the van for me. The vehicle pulled to the right when driving indicating either a wheel alignment problem, or tie rod, or something more serious. They did not offer to check out the problem, rather said IF we purchased the vehicle they would align the wheels. Why wouldnt they do it NOW and correct the problem? Question if they are genuinely reputable concerned about the customer. Also certain costs were undisclosed that could have been up front - such as the LoJack (over $600 additional cost). Century Auto follows the basic culture of car dealership; not sure you can trust them about everything.

No where to park when you get there. I was illegally parked to view the car. My friend was there before me. he said he lifted up the seat and it wasn't even cleaned. I walked up and the car was blue not silver. The car was dirty. it looks like they took a vacuum over it, but not in detail. It did not look as clean as the photos showed. It smelled like an old persons home if you know what I mean. The car apparently didn't start when my friend tried it. They take no pride in the car they are trying to sell. If you are going to sell a car as is, without detailing it, keeping it maintained as far as looks and running, not having parking for customers, You need to lower the price way down. Clean the cars you are selling if you are going to ask for that much. Put the correct color on the carfax site.

Hello Ryan, We are a one price and no haggle dealership. the 2012 Honda Civic you saw on Carfax.com was advertised for $8995.00 and sold for same price, the extra fees are government fees such as but not limited to Sales tax, License and registration and smog fee that has to be charged by law at point of sale from all buyers. I ma very sorry that your experience with our dealership was not as expected.
