I had a transaction scheduled with Carvana to trade a car and purchase a car. First, Carvana decreased the value of my trade by $4000 because it had been driven 500 miles beyond their threshold - that's unreasonable IMO. Secondly, when we went to pick up the new to us vehicle, it was extremely dirty and had unevely worn tires that were practically bald inside. Very bad experience. We walked away and bought somewhere else.

Their App doesn't work. Considering that they work over the internet, they really need to fix this. I couldn't download Alot of the information that they wanted. Then for some un explained reason they couldn't deliver the car. Totally unsatisfied.

They said it was a manual stick shift ,but it wasn't. They kept saying that it was but a stick shift has a h pattern shifting knob and a clutch pedal. This vehicle did not. Plus they said 0 down than they changed it to 9 thousand dollars down and 119 dollars a month for 68 months. No car that is over 12 years is worth what they were asking. If they would of just kept to the original agreement of 0 down and $290.00 a month I might of given it a thought if they found me a stick shift vehicle.
