Horrible! We began online. Husband doesnt put banking info online. Called and spoke to rep. Deal was confirmed through email and text message. Time for pick up was determined. We purchased a cashiers check. Three days later email alerted us that the deal had been canceled! In the interim, the car was sold to another buyer. Biggest waste of time EVER!

I was first contacted by a bot and then a human immediately followed up when I asked a question the bot could not answer. We did not end up test-driving the car so we do not have any other information to offer.

We had a confirmation email and text that we bought this car. Were had a confirmed date and time. We were bringing a cashiers check to the pick up location. Over the weekend before pickup we started receiving texts and emails that our deal was incomplete and needed to be completed. All this because my husband did not want to expose his banking information on this site. We will never look into purchasing a car through Carvana. Its also our understanding that they are going bankrupt and are failing to follow through with registrations on purchased cars. BUYER BEWARE!!!
