Less than 1/1000 of a star. Worst company on the planet. Worst. Never buy a car from them or give them a cent. They promised me a car a month ago. It cancelled 6 times. Even switched cars to get here sooner. They then broke it while cleaning it the morning of my delivery. Ive spent thousands of dollars on Ubers this whole time being told I had a car and then it never came over and over and over. I moved heaven and earth to follow their directions and do what they needed. Didnt matter. When it was my turn to get my car every time the day of or before they called to cancel. I spent $100 all month on insurance for a car that never came. I could t get my baby girls to school and Uber drained my bank account so now I cant afford food. I hate carvana with a passion and am not done telling the world how bad they are

When I got a return call three days later about the car, I did not know where the car was located for sure they could not give me an estimated time of delivery nor would they even work with me about a warranty for the car. The sales person I work with basically didnt have a clue all they wanted to do was get my finances in my money and then figure out where the car was at no way I was going to do that very disappointing terrible service. And I was truly very Interested in this vehicle.
