The car was sold weeks ago according to the sales mgr. I was upset because it was the second time this ridgeline was posted as forsale and available so I called them a second time and was told again NO It is no for sale.

I saw a car on Carvana that was my dream car, I thought. They gave me a trade in amount for my car and delivered my dream car on time, right when they promised. Unfortunately, it turned out, that I am not the type of person who should own a hybrid. I'm over 70 and the car acting a little different unnerved me. I called within my 7 day trial period and Carvana was most accommodating. They brought my trade in back and pick up my "dream car" and refunded my cash payment immediately. I would definitely try again for another car with Carvana.

Poor service. Zero star from five. There was no other option here. Either they do not know their vehicles or unhelpful to located a specific model request. When asked for a specific model and stock number, they replied quite sarcastically: "we have over 15,000 for sale... sense it was quite unprofessional, it was easier to keep the phone on and leave or just hang out the phone. In a rush with bait and switch attitude. Would I recommend to friend and relatives? BIG NO. . Want to buy a use car over 5 years old without warranty or certification? Just go to a local dealer and have a live assessment yourself and bring your mechanic with you.

I will never use a dealership again. I ended up buying an escape from Carvana. The dealerships refuse to change how they operate, the wouldnt tell me the price and kept saying to stop by. I specifically stated I had no interest in spending multiple hours haggling over price but they continued to respond the same way. I contacted more than one dealership and it was all the same. Im sure some will go the way of other companies in other industries that refuse to change with the times.

I received an automated response to my question. Regardless of my additional questions I received the same response, however, the automated response advised the car I was interested in was available. After a couple of hours went by I was contacted by a person who said that the vehicle was not available. I had also requested trade-in information for my vehicle. The response on Carvana was that I would receive a response within 24 hours. It's a week and a half later and still no response. Not impressed with Carvana and won't be looking at their vehicles in the future
