The lot was clean, orderly, and stocked with the kind of higher end vehicles I was interested in. The car I specifically went to look at had AC that was not working on a hot day. I didn't hold that against them because I realized it was probably something simple like a fuse. I then looked at a different car and it was the unicorn I had been looking for: impeccably clean inside and out, immaculate CarFax, nearly complete service records. I drove it, filled out the paperwork and quickly closed the deal with the help of my salesman, Darrell. Staff was friendly and cooperative. He was helpful, but not pushy. I recommend him. BTW: as I sat in my 'new' car a man walked to my window and told me that he had test driven my MB earlier in the day, but ended up buying the one whose AC had not been working. Everybody won!!
