Was extremely disappointed in CarNeed. They lied to my face and tried to manipulate me into buying a car. Went to a real dealership the next day and had the best experience. Would never recommend "carneed" to anyone. Should have known from the weird name.

The dealer was amazing. Their car selection is higher end foreign cars. Anywhere from BMW, Mercedes, Audi, to Infiniti. They also have a few SUV as well and they get exotic cars as well. Everyone from top down is awesome and very helpful. They are helpful and Serhii was very welcoming and makes the experience well worth it.

We really had an excellent experience at this dealership!! from beginning to end, this dealership was top notched. Victor Estrada was awesome!! He was the one to meet us when we came in for a test drive and worked with us throughout the entire process, even staying late so we can test drive multiple cars. We like that better than being handed over and shuffled around to multiple people before we even get to see the car like other dealerships. Their showroom and cars were clean and very well taken car of. They had multiple cars for us to test drive and Victor was knowledgeable of each model we asked about. They were not pushy nor aggressive and were 100% professional and seem to value their customers. Best part is that they did not have the additional "dealer fee" or "addendum" on top of the quoted price that we have been seeing at other dealerships. Overall experience with this dealership was Excellent, we will definitely come back to this dealership for our next used car. We recommend them highly, they will treat you well!
