The guy who was there to assist me did an awful job. The car I was interested in seeing had to have the battery replaced. Instead of being honest about what was going on, he insisted on lying stating that the vehicle was getting serviced off site. He mentioned that the driver was only 5 minutes away with the "serviced" vehicle. However, as I proceeded to my car, I noticed the car at the back of the building getting its battery replaced.

This dealership is a complete nightmare. They ask for your SSN and all your credit details without even telling you the full price of the car upfront. In the end, they make you wait forever (seems like they're stuck in some outdated, shady sales technique just to waste your time). To top it off, they added a ridiculous $2.8K charge for an extended chassis warrantysomething that was never mentioned anywhere. The car, originally listed at $16K, ended up being sold for $22K, and that's before tax and registration fees! While the salesperson was nice, the owner is someone you should definitely avoid. It's shocking that they think they can still get away with tactics straight out of the 80s! Would not recommend
