The car lot was crowded and it was easy to get trapped if you weren't paying attention. The salesman was a gem, but he couldn't find the keys to the truck I was interested in. There was a cover on the box and when I dropped the tailgate, there was a pile of clothes, a small toy suitcase, some old shoes, etc sitting in the box. The truck had not even been vacuumed. This was true of two other trucks I looked at in the lot. I couldn't wait to get out of there.

This dealerships so called help was more like taking advantage of a disabled person on a fixed income to dump off their lemon. I haven't hade the Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo, for a month yet and already I am having the drive train which left me disabled on the highway to be fixed at what I presume myself. I haven't received any calls of well wishes on the purchase of my vehicle because Gideon and Chris are full aware of my plight. I refuse to be quiet until they make good on my purchase by either fixing mine or replacing it entirely. I have no interest in helping them take advantage of another. Therefore, I am unable to share a good experience .

Got to dealer, guy was washing car. Asked if someone was buying car, he said no. Another guy came out, (foreign speaking) I asked if anyone was buying that car since they were washing it he said no you may buy it and then the manager came out and told me I could look at it take it for a test drive and then a few minutes later they told me that somebody was buying it so I left and went to Alexandria and got a car. It was OK that I got there and someone was buying the car it was just the fact that the ones working there didnt know that somebody was buying it.
