My truck was in the shop over 3 weeks and the transmission is just as bad as it was before so not fixed. I had to pay out of pocket for my rental and then wait almost 2 weeks for reimbursement. No communication was given to me I had to keep calling. Horrible experience

I have had this car for many years and have always taken my car to ford for any oil changes and full service needs. I have never had a problem when it was with D MASTER FORD. This visit which is now CAPITAL FORD i had 2 head light bulbs change and now i have a engine light on!! Not happy at alll!!!! This needs to be resolved!!!

Service staff was not accommodating, 6 people were in the bay, and I had to ask for help and an appointment for service was made. They took their time, and then came to me about the price being $60 more than I regular pay, what could I say, needed oil change. After job was completed, and paid they never told me where my car was part, I'm looking all around the parking lot.

Everything was fine. The tire valve was a problem. It just cost way too much to put it on for a tire valve $200. I will cut them all off for the next time and put regular ones on.
