Almost destroyed my rear door, while fixing the latch. Did not put rear seats back together correctly. Left nuts and bolts laying all over the floor. Warrenty wouldn't cover all repairs needed, so have to do myself. Also threw all my personal belongings in the trunk like it was garbage. NO NOT SATISFIED.

Lies about price. Puts price online but that includes a trade in. So i had to pay more if i paid cash with no trade. Car was already overpriced. Wasted half a day going back and forth with their AI SOFTWARE but the price gouging was not mentioned until a human followed up. I paid a few thousand less for a similar car without the lies.

The process was fairly easy, they took time with my questions and explained everything. Only thing that the tires were very worn unfortunately, I didn't check until it was too late. They did offer to replace 2 of them though.

Advertised the car as "One Owner" and "No Damage". Checking the VIN I found that the one owner was, in fact, a rental company. Also that the car had been sold, with "sustained bumper damage" through a salvage auction to the dealer. Further investigation showed that both Edmunds and AutoReport listed the vehicle as having "Frame Damage". So be very careful if you buy a car from this dealer - they are obviously bent as a corkscrew!

They did not return my calls to answer my questions in a timely matter!! And by email they set a time and day to call me but never did Then they would say I missed the appointment Crazy! And there emails were AI Just horrible communication! By the way There price for there cars on Carfax is always 1,500.00 less than the real price of there cars, And Carfax Shows it as a Great Deal or Good Deal But if you add the 1,500.00 it NOT!! It's like a Bait & Switch! You can find all this if you read the description
