This was absolutely a used car experience. I called ahead to ask if the car had blemishes since I was driving 3 hours to see the car. I made an appointment, arrived on time and my salesperson was off that day. After wandering around and looking at the locked car, a young man walked up to us and literally raised his eyebrows as a greeting. I explained who I was and he walked away. He came back a few minutes later with the keys. The car was filthy, had a large scratch on the side and smelled horribly inside since it was obviously a smoker's car. Anyone could have told me that prior to making the trip. When I asked if the price could be lowered to account for he issues he simply said "we don't do that." I returned the keys and left.
