The oil change and tire rotation went as planned so no issues there. They didn't put my glove box back correctly after I told them I didn't want them changing my air filters. I replaced them myself after the service so it's not a big deal but annoying that they didn't put things back correctly

Service is always very good. However, I was disappointed in the dishonesty this visit. Whoever changed my oil indicated that I need a front and rear differential service which I just had done in May. He also indicated that I needed new wiper blades which are not even a year old and that I needed a new battery which I also just purchased within the last year and a half.

My service was done efficiently, my wait time was short even though there were 3 cars ahead of me . (I think they may have squeezed me in since I was waiting) Safety precautions were in place for the covid. The waiting area is always clean and comfortable. The employees are personable. Great Experience.

Burt Tire Silver Summit: quick in and out if you pick the right time...buy tires..and they do tire wheel winter-summer switch. Oil and filter same time. Look for website coupons..note the code. But hey..Burt..you should be pro active in stayin in touch..bought 2 sets of tires, many oil changes..but I don't receive any contact from you. Make your existing customers..raving fans..

Had a nail in one tire and a burned out headlight. Burt Brothers worked with the warranty company as I did not buy the tire from Burt Brothers to get the warranty coverage, ordered the tire and replaced it. Also replaced the headlight promptly.

Tom at Burt Brothers went beyond the call of duty for us. I had a very short time to be able to get snow tires on the used car we bought from California. When I called him and asked what they had available, he told me what they had and that was fine. By the time I arrived, however, Tom had worked to find and get in a full set of the best tires (the kind we always try to get) for me. I really appreciated the extra work he went to for me.

Bought two new snow tires for the van and some knot head in the shop put the new ones on the back. Its a front wheel drive mini van and blizzaks would work best on the front from my experience in park city, not the 1/2 worn out old ones on the front.
