Alex was awesome. He pulled the vehicle up for me to inspect, printed out the list of things their mechanic fixed and I hopped in for a test drive. The vehicle I looked at was immaculate. It was unlike any of the 5 dealerships I went to before. Since it was exactly what I wanted, I made an offer and was taken care of promptly and professionally. Will definitely buy here again!

Chauncey was great to work with. Very transparent. Easy to get most of the deal done over email and phone calls so the trip to the dealership was streamlined and painless.

They were very professional, even though I didn't get my new vehicle, with them. I would DEFINITELY, go back to them.

They contacted me immediately and offered all the help and information's they could without pushing to sell a vehicle. Even I decided to buy a vehicle from another dealership they were very nice and understanding. Great experience!

I did get a call right away and they offered to show me the truck. I did receive calls but he was never intrusive.

Jon at Brothers Auto Sales was great to work with. I find Brothers Auto Sales to be extremely honest and up front in all aspects of the transaction. It was quick and easy and we will definitely consider purchasing from them again.

I can't recommend these guys enough. They were open, efficient, asked me questions or gave me opportunities to ask them more questions and were very laid-back. I highly recommend Brothers.

by Robin W. on 03/22/2019Verified Purchase
They responded promptly after my first email to them. When I was able to go to their facility I was greeted promptly. I had brought a list of 3 vehicles I was interested in seeing. The salesman brought all of them down to us. My husband and I both walk with canes and he was so accommodating. It was clear the sales staff was used to working together and helping each other out. I did purchase one of the cars on my list and I love it! I would highly recommend Brothers Auto Sales to anyone looking for a car or suv.
