Excellent. I really liked that he contacted through email with a video of the car I am interested in. He used my name and it shows that it's directly to me. He touched base with me on the car. I didn't feel nagged. Yet I like that he shows cars that I might be interested in the emails that I do look at. Thank you. Never have I had a sales person sell a car like he did! I was impressed enough to share with family and friend! Excellence

The salesman was new, been working thiere 4 days. We had to wait about 15 minutes to test drive while he filled out some paper work with our interest. Drove the vehicle. Went back to his office and they appraised our 2013 Prius. Waited more. Finally salesman brought in their "offer" which was not acceptable. Only offered $500 for the trade and added $1650 in dealer prep costs. I countered with my price. Waited again. Finally their "finance manager" came in and tried to get me to make a deal that was favorable to them. I told them I would think it over. We left and as we were departing the parking lot, the salesman ran out and told us they needed us to decide that day since the price we had agreed to consider was "for that day only." I said no and we left. I've been buying cars for over 40 years and this was one of the worst experiences overall I have had
