The process was seamless. You find the car that you want. Go and see Brian or the office manager, who will get you the keys so that you can take the car for a test drive. If you like it, you pay for it via cash, check, or credit card and that's it! No hassle and no debating. Just old fashioned car buying. If you find the car online, Brian always provides the Car Fax so that can verify what you are buying.

I was helping an elderly woman replace a car that had been stolen. Unfortunately, the woman is very "fickle", and, after all the papers were signed and a deposit put down, she reneged. That was inspite of the fact that the dealer (an honest man!) asked what the car had been listed for, which was $18,500; and indicated it was actually $16,500, and drew up papers for that amount!!
