Poor car needed rescued from the scamming dealers. Only reason I got the car cause perilous owner was very good to it. Dealership was horrible, having parts fall off on test drive, then not fixing a door lock until, that they would not disclose previously, I came to sign papers to me. Pushing to sign and get me out the door. Again horrible people, but Carfax gave an accurate account of car and was exactly how it was report on here.

The used car department has a policy of NEVER rating a trade in higher than Fair even though the vehicle is in perfect condition with no flaws or deficiencies. This practice is supported by the Sales Management. This practice is in place even thought they price their vehicles that are for sale in the good to excellent condition with an associated higher than average price.
