Fantastic service - very attentive. Had plugs, transmission and rear diff serviced on my CLS 63. Was a pleasure dealing with both the office manager and tech who worked on my car. No BS - just straight talk from honest people who care about what they do - not trying to upsell like the dealer. Wish I found them years ago.

Joseph at Benz Express was extremely helpful, professional and quick. I inquired about getting my front wheel bearings replaced on my E400 4matic on Thursday. On Saturday, I droped the the car off at 9am, he picked up the bearings from Benz in WP, and completed the whole job by Saturday afternoon. I know that this is not an easy job, so it is testament to their skill and professionalism that they got it done right the first time. Excellent service, excellent work. Car is like brand new. Fair price.
