Horrible I waited 2 hours for an oil change 9 months pregnant and of course wanted to tell me I needed tires etc and I do not. I wanted them to check one tire they said my fronts was a 3/6 but they are not and all same tread. I won't be back and mind u 150 oil change? Ummmm no

I am so sorry that you felt the oil change took too long, we also performed a full inspection of your vehicle, which is where we discovered the worn tires, as well as diagnosing the leak which was coming from a faulty valve cover gasket. One of your front tires was seriously worn, and you asked us to look into the price for replacing that before we even saw your vehicle. Also, your oil change came to under $100 before tax for a full synthetic oil change requiring 6 quarts of 0w30 synthetic motor oil. If someone tried to charge you $150.00 from our dealership, please reach out and let us know, we will correct the situation immediately and we would like to know exactly how that happened.

I liked the service was about the lenght of time stated and the service person was pleasant. I didn't like that they didn't reset oil change warning. So I wonder if the all point inspection was really done. Hopefully it was.
