Shawn waa the best mechanic I've ever dealt with. He was informative about what qaa aorng with my car and made sure it waa running better before I came back to pick up. The people I thw off are so nice, especially the lady. Je patience is a virtue. Will definitely go here again.

This is my new go to for car repairs, (1) customer service is GREAT!!!!!! (2) they check my vehicle thoroughly, then call to inform me of the problem the following day as stated, and fixed it perfectly, sooooooooo, I took another vehicle that was having some issues (check engine light) OMG, they fixed that as well (2nd vehicle) no more check engine lights (WOO HOO), so I was driving my daughters car while checking on second vehicle and the driver signal light had gone out, guess what they did, YEP, they ordered it right then and within 30-45 minutes light bulb in the Impala was replaced. I said all this to say, this shop has gained a new customer, PeriodT, Thanks again Baseline Tire Shop, for all you do
