Made an appointment to see a car. Drove an hour after confirming the appointment only to find out the car wasn't there. Car listed as accident free but was in the shop for bodywork. To add to the frustration, the next day they sent an email asking me to set up an appointment to see the car since, according to them, I had not yet done so.

0 stars is my evaluation of this dealership. They dont deserve a single star.They are way below standard and a disgrace to the BMW brand. The BMW Experience? Not there. The Business Manager is unprofessional with questionable behaviors as he pressures you to buy products at the point of sale. The salesman is not to be trusted. I bought a car from them that started to give issues from the day of purchase.The business manager refuse to answer my calls or emails. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. The worst customer service ever. I will never buy another BMW because of the treatment I received from them. They are the worst. You are better off going to an auction.
