I bought a car here. The floor salesman was very correct but the manager is an aggressive person who has an angry personality, shouts at customers and threatened me to sign the liability form on a Friday afternoon even though the car needed a battery and couldn't be retrieved until the following week. He said after the down payment, the credit check, the car loan agreement and transfer of title that if I didn't sign the liability form he would sell the car to another person. When I went to pick up the car it had barely the fumes to get to a gas station, it didn't have mats, it didn't have the trunk cover (it's a hatchback that comes with a device to cover the trunk behind the rear seats). It was literally stripped of anything that wasn't bolted to the chasis. All these are an extra $250 if bought as original parts. Anyways I wanted that car (decent mileage/year combination/price) but I don't recommend this site unless you like to be verbally disrespected. Very unpleasant experience.

We test drove and chose a car on tuesday. sales rep closed at 6.30 so i gave her ins and my bank financing and eas told she would get paper work done. no contact wed . i called thursday and she said she was working on my deal and call me.No call. I called friday said they don't accept outside finance. i said use yours and when can i pick up the car. went saturday to complete deal but the manager said the value of the 20,400.00 was 22,400.00 and why would he sell for less.I refused to be robed and left. exact same car on avis web site for 21,00.00 and knew i made the right choice leaving. NEVER go to Erving AviSad times we live with the s..Never..we drove a car from a different dealer and got the car we needed.LIARS AND THIEVES WITHOUT SHAME OR REGRET.
