Worst dealer experience ever. Salesman was great. Finance manager was a jerk. I came in for a car listed at $21k after so called dealer add-ons it was $27k. They force u to buy a $4k package plus another $1k package and then tell u everybody's doing it. They're liars.

Probably the worst customer service I have ever seen. This place is a down right scam. Their list prices are far below what youll end up paying with since theyll charge you 1500 bucks to install a gps device into a car that already has gps. Also theyll only sell you a car if you pay the full cash price at once. AVOID AT ALL COST

First of all the store, it's like a Diamond in the ruff. The salesperson I requested was off so they found his teammate Bert. Bert showed me the 7 series, the GM Samer came out and appraised my S63 Cabriolet. Once I was back from my test drive they gave me a trade value which I was shocked because it was higher than they initially told me. Next I explained to Bert I wanted to title the vehicle in my business name and from there the process was seamless. The Finance Director Rob explained optional extras and I ended up taking advantage of the extended coverage. Shortly after that my car was brought up with a huge bow and I left with the most amazing feeling of content. The next day the Manager Sonnie and a guy Nathan reached out and left me Two messages thanking me for my business. That did it for me! I never do reviews but this was such a great experience I decided to say something.

I spoke on the phone with Gabriel and he lied to me when I asked if they charge anything other than the price listed and normal fees (TTL). He told me they did not, but when I arrived at the dealership, I was told they did have a fee for over $1,000 added on every vehicle. The salesman was condescending to me and continually made comments about it not being his fault, even though I clearly was annoyed at the lie, not at him. The vehicles I test drove both showed they were past due on service, with one showing it was past due by over 100 days. Overall, disappointing, but typical experience at a dealership.
