Horrible experience!!!! I was in the market for a nice used diesel. Gentleman was helpful at first and then crickets. Literally took all my info to apply for financing and then crickets. Wont return emails or phone calls. Such a joke of a dealership. Dont waste your time. I ended buying a vehicle down the street with no issues at all.

Got approved, put $4000 out of $5000 down on a $19000 car and then the bank said no because taxes dont come out of my checks Im 1099. Not their fault but just irritating

Hello J Williams, Im truly sorry to hear that we were unable to get you approved on your desired vehicle and I can assure you that we are in the business to sell cars and not keep them sitting here, with that being said we go above and beyond to get a customer approved and driving and we try our best to keep the process smooth and easy but at the end of the day if a bank ask for certain stipulation and customer is unable to provide it, we will have no choice but to say no to a customer even though its not what we would like to hear.
