The dealer salesmen delivered the car to me without taking care of what he promised to to do when I talked to him. I left the car for an additional day in order for him to take care of the following: 1 Fixing the front glass chip 2 Filling the gas tank 3 Fix the brake fluid light 4 Detailing the car. I'm still waiting for the second car key.

I am quite unhappy with this dealer, primarily because of misleading advertising, listing features of the car which in fact it did not have. I would not have paid as much for the car had I known it didn't have some of the features falsely advertised. The car was overpriced without the listed features. Most important was a navigation system, but also listed which it didn't have were 6 speeds, power driver seat, tinted windows, power tailgate, and locking glove box. There may be more, which I haven't discovered yet. They also provided only one key fob for the car, which, because it is keyless entry, meant hundreds of dollars on my part to purchase a second one and have it programmed at a dealership.

Mary, we are saddened of your disappointment with your 8,xxx mile 2017 loaded Golf. The car does have power drivers seat, Navigation through Apple Carplay or android. It was listed as a 6 speed manual which we will take full responsibility that it was incorrect and is a 5 speed manual. VW Does not offer a power tail gate and to explain the standard features further it does have factory tinted windows, its super light from the factory. We are sorry that the car was sold to us with only 1 master key, this was not by choice. Let it be known that this is the first that we have heard from Mary and she never contacted Autoleader after the Sale with any issues
