Thanks for your feedback. Just to clarify we are closed on Sundays, so our team was not on-site that day. Our lot does remain open for customers to browse inventory at their convenience anytime.
When we're open, we do ask customers to check in inside the showroom when they arrive. With over 200 vehicles on the property, this helps us make sure no one gets missed and that we can assist everyone promptly.

All of our special online pricing will include all incentives which is similar pricing from other dealerships. $1,000 is not added to the price of the vehicle, unfortunately you did not qualify for all incentives. All pricing is transparent in the disclaimer section of the listings.

I inquired about a car and its final price if I used my own financing. They indicated the car was available, but added a $1000 fee for using external financing. They then informed me the car was only available with their financing, which felt like a bait-and-switch tactic designed to inflate the price. This dishonest pricing practice is precisely why many dislike dealing with car dealerships. I strongly advise against working with dealerships exhibiting such deceptive pricing, as their dishonesty in this area suggests potential dishonesty in other aspects of the sale.

I've gone to this service center multiple times for a trunk button issue. They ordered me a new switch and 1 month after repair broken and I only used it 2-3 times after repair. Went a second time same mechanic did the job and front desk tells me that it was fixed and SURPRISE! It wasn't. I was told that if I wanted to really get it fixed they can quote me a price. Ummmmm so why was my time wasted to basically band-aid my vehicle when we should've just permanently took care of the issues. You wasted time & resources to order and place a button you knew would still malfunction. Not impressed

Something very odd going on at this dealership. Jenn contacted me and did everything to avoid giving me information on an Equinox which was posted since May. She said they just received it, then at another lot and finally owner's wife driving. The picture was a white stock photo & description was for a black Equinox. My friend emailed for same car & Sonia contacted her totally ignoring her request for the black Equinox. They keep saying check out their inventory. Something not right here.
