Appointments need to be made well in advance. Car was available at 2 o'clock in the afternoon the day of service. It had been dropped off the night before and the appointment had been made two weeks earlier.
When the car was picked up, there was some small amounts of soil in one of the door "jams" (honestly, this is what Auto Supreme calls door JAMBS in
all their literature.) this was instantly taken care of by the very efficient and friendly store manager.
Items that were missing from a storage compartment in the trunk of the SUV were tracked down in 5 minutes and returned when I came back the following day.
A system to gather all the things that are removed from the car (when the customer forgets to remove)would be a great help.
Something really complex like a clear plastic bag.
