Salesman was a little too high pressure for me. He was unwilling to talk much detail on the phone. I explained that I did not live in the area and I could not just hop on I5 and come in for a visit. That didn't matter to him. He insisted that I needed to come in to see the car I was interested in. I did not purchase from this dealership.

We corresponded via email. Tried to schedule an appointment but did not hear back, so I just showed up. There were many things wrong with the car, which they said they will fix. When it came down to crunching the numbers, they tried to charge me an "accessories fee" of $1,695.00 plus taxes. When asked about this fee, salesman started it was for low-jack. I've never heard of that on a used BMW. A $12800 car after taxes and fees totalled over $16,000. I recently looked at a bmw priced at $12,999 and after taxes and fees were just over $14,000. I think auto Quest is trying to Rob people or take advantage of women??? I don't know, but consumers be aware!!

I took the car for a test drive. There was something clearly wrong with it. Zeke said he'd have his mechanics look at it and call me. The next notice I received was the car was sold. Not very professional. I do not recommend this establishment.

When I arrived at the dealership, they had raised the price on the car from $38,000 to $41,950. I reminded them that I agreed on the price of $38,000 by phone the previous day and that I would only pay $38,000. They then agreed. In addition, my son who lives in Seattle had been to the dealership on two occasions to look at the car and discuss the features.
I took a test drive and liked the car, but noticed the gas tank nearly empty. I was told they have a very small portable gas dispenser and would provide me enough gas top get to the nearest service station. I have never purchased a car from a dealer, new or used that did not have a full tank of gas. They could easily have one of the shop employees run the car down the street two blocks, to the nearest service station and fill it up!!
I asked for the second key bob, they searched throughout the dealership to no avail, so I am stuck replacing the key myself. They offered no reduction in price for this oversight. Once I had driven off the lot and headed back to Oregon, I realized the rear window wiper was missing, that was after I turned it on a couple of times in a heavy rain storm and of course, it scratched the window. The dash board clock does not work, as a matter of fact, it simply spins around and around when the car is initially started, finally stopping, but never the correct time.
The car came with no service records or an owners manual. I have no idea when the oil was last changed or the car lubricated.
That said, Craig, our sales associate was a nice guy and did all he could to make the experience worthwhile. He had nothing to do with the price increase. This dealership simply needs to pay more attention to detail and be honest. They have a very nice inventory of exotic cars and should have a good reputation for customer service, but I suspect they do not.

I asked specific questions about the vehicle, where had the vehicle been registered all the information is on the web site, I asked is there room in the price to negotiate? you called us sir the price must be good. I asked about the tread wear on the tires. the vehicle comes as is. This was the worst experience I have ever had with any sales associate. I just wish I would have remembered his name so everyone knows to avoid him at all costs.
