Terrible experience. I called them and emailed them about a car I wanted to buy from them.. i let them know I was pre approved, I just needed a purchase agreement. They ignored me all morning.. I called and they said sorry we've been busy.. they had me fill out an application on their website for nothing. They sold the car in the afternoon. The most unprofessional people I've ever dealt with. I felt like I was bugging them. They didn't even bother to tell me the car was sold. Just never replied. I had to call AGAIN and ask if it sold.. the most unprofessional group of people I've dealt with.. take your business somewhere where it's valued. Office people suck at communicating. They have no business being around a business.
