Even though I was not able to purchase a vehicle from auto imports, the dealership was incredibly knowledgeable and instrumental, and helping me make a deal at another dealership with no affiliation whatsoever. I would definitely do business with them in the future. They went out of their way to help me and I will remember that.

This was an incredible buying experience! To say that about buying a preowned car is not typical in my 35 years of experience of doing this. I had, very recently, purchased an X5 from BMW of Delray Beach and was completely immersed looking for a BMW X3 for my wife. It seemed like I wasn't going to be able to get what I wanted even though I was visiting multiple dealerships and I was on the Carfax site over a dozen times throughout each day. I was looking for a very specific model including the color, the engine, and especially the features. I did not know of Auto Imports Miami in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and was of course, extremely skeptical and careful. After extensively combing through the reviews and reading up about them, I was confident that they were an excellent place to do business with. Some of the comments pointed to the "X factor" that I was looking for so I was hoping the vehicle I found on Carfax was everything I needed it to be. One thing that stood out was the quality of their pictures. There were literally 100 of them. That was about 3-4 times as many as I would typically see. My first contact with "Z" on the phone was excellent so I went down to their storefront to meet him . I was immediately blown away by the quality of vehicles they had there. The showroom is immaculate, and the area outside had a great deal of stock that looked to all be in great shape. Several of the vehicles inside their amazing and spacious showrooms were supercars, and the BMW that I was looking at was definitely one of the lowest priced vehicles inside. It was clear that I had stumbled onto something special here. Every interaction with the team was comfortable and actually fun, and they seem to take a genuine and kind interest in me and what I was looking to accomplish. Everyone that I was put in touch with was an expert, from the front office administrator to the general manager/ finance director, Sean Manor to the more technical team that helped me figure out the ins and outs of the BMW. There were no high-pressure sales from Sean at all, and it was more like they were all assisting me in my decision-making process throughout each part of the transaction. In the end, we worked out a very fair trade for my 2022 fully loaded platinum all-wheel-drive rogue, got a great tax break, got the perfect vehicle we needed, had an exceptional experience and feel like I have made friends along the way. At the end of the final transaction, Sean and I realize that we shared a love of dogs and dog ownership/ training. So you can imagine his surprise when I took out the hidden bag I had the Yorkies in the whole time I was in his office (they always remain completely quiet and no one knows they're in there) and put them on his desk. Just before I did this, I asked him (with a smirk) how "great it would be to have a few Yorkies to play with right now". He concurred so I let them loose in his desk! He absolutely beamed, and we had a great laugh and other team members came in to greet them. I will, without a doubt and without a hesitation, contact them first if I am ever in the market for another vehicle and will definitely be turning all of my friends to them. Thanks again, guys for hitting a home run here. Trust is a very rare commodity in the auto business, and you guys have really earned mine. We also shared an unforgettable story involving 2 yorkies.
