The sales rep responded in a very timely manner. I wasn't ready to proceed further at the time so the vehicle may have sold by now. I may request a test drive if it is still available. The dealership is a good distance away from me so that is the reason for my hesitancy.

I went to see the 2011 Nissan Rogue. Firstly, the features listed for the vehicle were not present at all. The vehicle is not remote start. Theres no Bluetooth capabilities. The list goes on. The car was not well maintained at all. The service light was on upon entering the car. The car also would not start. I addressed all of my concerns with the dealer. The dealer explained that the car would not start because it has been cold He also said that he doesnt control what is reported about the car on CARFAX. I find that hard to believe as well. He didnt really address any of my other concerns with the vehicle. I left without purchasing anything. I will not be returning because the environment was a bit aggressive. I hope they change their practices because the other reviews let me know that I probably dodged a bullet.

My experience w them is that they are very dishonest in the products they advertise. I bought the van as is but there were significant issues under the hood that were not in line w the condition they advertised the vehicle to be. If you think your getting a good deal here trust me you are not. You also cant put too much weight on a good car fax report. Do not buy a vehicle here unless your willing to take a huge risk or unless you get it checked out by a trusted mechanic. Read other reviews and you will see similar stories.

I would not just avoid this dealership. I would run the opposite direction as far and as fast as possible. I called to arrange to inspect the truck. Upon arriving I looked it over and saw several issues not apparent in the photos; a leak around the roof antenna with staining of the headliner, all the panels from the hard tonneau missing and some surface rust on the bumper. I went inside and talked to "B" (yes that's what he called himself, maybe next week he'll be "C"). He took me outside and told me they had "lost their mechanic" and the truck needed some work but they couldn't do it and they thought maybe repairs would cost about $600 (apparently based upon nothing but conjecture) and that it had no working backup camera or sensors. I test drove it anyway and immediately noted severe vibrations from the driveline indicating a bent driveshaft or something similar. I went right back and told him "not thanks". B said the vibrations are just because it's a diesel. LOL. When I tried to back into the space it wouldn't find Reverse. B told me that it might need some repairs but that it's still a great deal because it's well below retail cost. Like I said folks; run away. Far away...

James, Thanks for your comment, however you came here to test drive our RAM and trying to put the the car in D or R to move it with a door open. I told you these cars have a safety feature and if the door is open, the car will automatically go to P. Also, about the backup camera, we disclosed you everything up front instead of hiding it, and not sure why this is some thing bad. So my suggestion to you is before putting a comment, read more about the particular car that you test drove, so you get more knowledge about changing the transition gear on these cars when the door is open.
