Liked Very nice people. Vehicle was very clean and ready to go when I arrived at dealership. Sales rep did a good job. No surprises on closing out the deal in the paperwork. Disliked After we made a deal, which was in writing, with an offer from me to send a deposit,I let them know that I would be there on Wednesday to pick up the vehicle. We had over a 3 Hour drive to the dealership. In a text message back to me the sales rep said someone was coming in at 4:30 PM that day to test drive the car and he didn't want me to drive over three hours if it was sold that day. I protested very strongly and said we had a deal In writing and that I had offered to send a deposit. I went on to say it would not be wise for them to sell the vehicle to anyone else. I do not know why the dealership did what they did, but it was not very professional. I never like to send negative comments about anyone in business. I don't mean these to be negative, but it is exactly what happened. Perhaps, my comments on this will be a lesson for the dealership.

We appreciate your input and we do our best to respond in a timely manner on all internet leads. After doing some research, we couldn't find any emails or leads in our email folders with your name on them or any that were sent to us on the day in question. Maybe under someone else's name? Please respond and we will do our best to respond correctly. I'm sorry...after further research, we did find the response email that answered all of the questions you asked in the initial email. We sold the truck in question within a couple of days of that response to someone else and we never heard anything else from you or received another email; hence no follow up. Sometimes it's best to call or send a phone number with the email for faster contact. Sorry you missed this beautiful truck.

Totally unrealistic about the price of the vehicle. Has no idea what Kelley Blue Book says what the dealer price should be. He is at least $3500.00 high as it is a very well kept vehicle.

We sold this 1-owner 1997 Mazda truck w/ 20k actual miles on it for $500 less than our full asking price. So sorry you missed this low mileage / like-new vehicle...no reason to give us a bad review because you listened to another entity tell you what a vehicle is worth and then miss out on the opportunity to own it. Be mad at yourself; not us.
