We asked to test drive the Transit Connect that was advertised fro$13,500 on Carfax. After going through the paper work process ended up being around $20,000 not including the dealer fees and not the $13,500 advertised online . They said the price difference was in the small print. We walked out without buying.

Drove 40 mins to Miami just to be told that the car I was interested in was sold days prior, even though I was told over the phone that it was available the same day I went. Company needs better communication skill within their network

They lived up to their plethora of 1-star reviews. Did whatever they could to get someone in the door, but in my case, that tactic didn't work out for them. When a friend was going to check out a truck for me, they were very helpful and tried to get his name and phone number to get him to the dealership. When he couldn't make it, and I paid for a vehicle inspection service, suddenly the truck wasn't on the lot, or it was at the mechanic, or finally, it got returned to the auction it came from. Upon return to the auction house, their responses also stopped. Glad I didn't make the trip from out of state to buy a vehicle from them only to get there and have them try to bamboozle me. I stress, "try." Dealerships with a documented record of being unreputable should be booted off Carfax and any other site that allow them to operate the way they do.
