I had to send a set of pictures three times over a period of 3 or 4 days in order to get a quote on my trade in. I wasn't happy with the tentative quote, certainly not to the point of driving up from the Cape.

If there were a negative 5 rating, it would apply. Called on a car, they had it in stock, was told it had a pending sale being held for a RI woman, but I could still see it. Took time off of work, the day they reduced it by another $1k and was told it was no longer on the property. Yet, they didn't tell me prior. Bad way to do business. Probably how Herb Chambers got so rich. Bad business.

The salesman who worked with me was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Even the Finance person was low-pressure and informative. And I love the car: at least I think I do. Apparently if you are from another state and buy in Massachusetts, you have to pay for a "runner" who comes with the car and meets you at the car reg place. I am waiting and still waiting for the runner to show, despite specifically asking for and arranging a morning appointment, he will (I hope) be here this afternoon.

They contacted me and we set an appointment, but the car was sold while we doing it. Fortunately I didn't go there. But they could not even explain what happened to the car. It just disappeared from the listing.

Bought a sixty four thousand dollar 2017 BMW from Audi Brookline. Because I was a two hour drive away, they promised to send me my registration. I had traded in two cars, a BMW and Porsche. They promised also to turn in my extra plate. This wasn't done and calling didn't get thru to manager and a letter was sent, they claimed they didn't get. I complained also the rear armrest was broken, obviously the auto was not checked out. So I have been driving illegally for over a week and with no inspection sticker because I had no registration. Also a lot of pressure at the end of a day of negotiation to convince me to add tire insurance on the vehicle. Dealership is old, unattractive, and cramped. I write this 14 days after the sale, typing this review with no registration or inspection sticker on my expensive auto.
