I drove 3 hrs to go see a car that was in "good condition" after test driving the car for about 2 miles i noticed smoke coming out of the exhaust. I let the manager know about the issue and he stated that it was a used car and was to be expected. Keep in mind the car was 19,000 dollars. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Be careful

Tried to get basic information on a 2013 Fiat 500 Abarth they have listed. Something as simple as whether the car had a sunroof took multiple calls and conflicting answers from different staff. Never received a photo when requested.
Car itself: over 100k miles, modified, missing stock wheels, small accident on Carfax. And more importantly, no meaningful maintenance history available.
That's fine for a used car, but it should be reflected in how the deal is handled.
After an initial offer based on the car's condition and unknowns, I followed up by offering their asking price out the door (not exactly a ridiculous offer) and was told they wouldn't move "even $1."
This could have been a straightforward deal: I asked a few relevant questions, made an offer based on the answers, and followed up with a strong, ready-to-buy offer.
Instead of a basic conversation, the interaction was shut down immediately.
On top of that, the attitude was beyond dismissive.
During my last conversation, I was told I had called "20 times" and should just buy it or not, ignoring the fact that the repeated calls were due to inconsistent information on their end and an attempt to land on a reasonable deal.
What makes this more surprising is that this is a fairly niche manual car, not something with overwhelming demand, and I was a serious, ready-to-buy customer.
The interaction felt more like being treated like a nuisance than helped.
If you know exactly what you're buying and don't need any help, maybe you'll be fine.
Otherwise, absolutely expect poor communication and zero flexibility.

I recently purchased a Nissan Altima from Armani motors a couple of weeks ago for my daughter and had a great car buying experience. I waited about a week before posting a review to see if the car checked out and it has. I messaged Elijah first regarding a BMW for my daughter given that's what we were looking for and upon arrival he already had the car ready to test drive for us! He was super knowledgeable and he didn't pressure us at all. I mentioned to him that we were also open to other vehicle as well just to compare and he suggested the Altima because it would be easy to maintain and good on gas for a starter car. Before we purchased I asked if they were open to an inspection and they were. However, we decided to purchase the vehicle as it was the weekend and no mechanic was available to do a pre-purchase inspection with such short notice. Later we had the vehicle inspected a week after the purchase and the inspection came back perfect. Sam helped us with our financing and we were out the dealership in an hour at the most. FASTEST and best car buying experience I've had. Would recommend these guys if you are looking for a good quality car and competitive financing.

I must admit that I was not expecting this but I was very impressed with the professionalism, courtesy and honesty at Armani-Motors. There was absolutely no pressure like your typical car dealer and all their cars were in real good condition. I was planning to buy their Honda Civic hybrid but as soon as I noticed the variety of their inventory, I got distracted and drove multiple cars before making my mind. Pedy made me a very reasonable offer on my trade and I am extremely happy about my purchase. Both Pedy and Sam were very knowledgeable and did an excellent job explaining all my options and the whole financing took about 20 to 30 minutes. I remember that I had to spend over 6 hours for my previous car purchase at another dealership but Armani-Motors did it so quickly that I couldnt believe it was possible to have someone approved this fast. The dealer responded to my question right away and I was able to set up an appointment for test driving the car the very next morning. It was a great pleasure working with Sam and Alex. They answered all my questions and been very professional from the beginning to the end. The Subaru I purchased, was in great condition. Not to mention that Sam was able to get me an even better rate than my credit union where I was pre-approved and the monthly payment ended up being lower including an extended warranty coverage. This was by far the best experience I have had buying a car from an independent dealership . I would highly recommend Armani Motors. They have beautiful cars and these are people to do business with.

Elijah contacted me back right away to schedule a test drive and see the vehicle. However, when I did ask specific questions about the vehicle, I did not get response. I had to contact him again to ask specific questions about the vehicle. This should have been my first clue that he was not being forthcoming about the vehicle. Once I arrived, I discovered that the inside of the car had been repainted (with what looked like a paint roller! super messy!) and paint droplets dried onto the interior, the front hood actuator did not work and would come crashing onto you if you did not hold it up, the retractable roof only went back partially! Needless to say, I didn't dare even take it for a test ride. I would have appreciated if he had actually mentioned some of these details and the other issues with the car prior to the appointment. This salesman also said they do 3 certifications prior to marketing the car...what does that mean? This is deceptive sales...buyer beware!

Dealt with what seemed to be an inexperienced fella who did not know his inventory and wasore intent on having fun dialog with others at the dral8than attend to me. Laughed at me on e he determined I knew more about the Ford diesel trucks than he did. 2 Days Later, the finance/ GM called me. His offer to me was subpar part. We won't work doing any business. I would have fired any of my employees had they treated any present or potential customer as their salesman treated me.
There are a load of vehicles out there and just one time to make a good impression. They blew it. A?sale is a sale. Some make good money some don't. Always better to make a sale of low profit and keep the reputation high.
