I told them to air up the tires and they didn't. All 4 tires have a different tire pressure. 32, 37, 35 and 1 unknown because the sensor needs to be replaced. Also they didn't rotate the tires but was told I will need 2 new tires soon but not right now. I only put 5 miles or less on my car a day 90% of the time.

This was the first time I was actually disappointed with the customer service aspect of getting my vehicle serviced. I was never greeted, all of the staff was standing outside the door just to the side of the entrance. I stood inside at the desk for about 1.5min before someone said anything to me, and I waited another min before I was assisted. I understand that it was the day before the holiday, and maybe that was the issue.

I have bought many of cars throughout my lifetime, don't ever buy a vehicle from them, worst experience ever. Took two weeks to finalize contract. Even when I went to sign contract, they had changed all the numbers on it, which we had to re do AGAIN!!

I bought the car on the 13th and the windshield was craked! It took until the evening of the 21st to get that windshield replaced! It should only take a couple of hours to replace it not days! It was one excuse after another. I love the car but the time to get it took forever!
