Then I called the same day just to be sure and they said yes then come to find out they sold the vehicle a day before but yet told me it was available. I had asked to be contacted by management and never was. Which is why we put an application now they have ran our credit for no reason

The service was good. The people were helpful. What I didn't like is after you agree to buy the vehicle you find out about a $2500 Elite device package that was not included in the price of the vehicle, but that you have no choice in as it has already been done. Things like that should be part of the price of the vehicle since you cannot opt out.

The photos didn't match the car. The interior was torn up. The battery was dead. They had to jump it to get it running at all. It reeked of cigarettes, and I don't think it was from the previous owner. The salesman was smoking when he walked out to give us the keys. It felt like a shady drug deal. Garbage place.
