I drove two hours to this dealership to view a car. They told me 60 minutes before I got there that the car was ready for my test drive. When I arrived, they told me the car was sold the night before. Worst experience ever.

Car i drove was dirty and transmission had issues. I also saw them remove a car with a fork lift from a car hauler. I told the sales guy I hope the car im getting ready to drive didn't come off the truck the same way.

The car we were interested in was not clean inside or out. They knew we were coming and didn't make much effort to make the sale.

I applied for a vehicle and was turned down, the next day was told I was approved, I haven't purchased a vehicle yet but l plan on it
by 2010 BUICK LACROSSE CX Shopper on 04/23/2023Verified Purchase
The Buick I purchased transmission went out not even 1week later. It was replaced, and they did give me a loaner car while replacing my transmission.

The team took good care of me and my new car! Great place to buy a car.
by 2015 NISSAN VERSA S/S PLUS/SV/SL Shopper on 04/03/2025Verified Shopper
The car I drove had obvious transmission problems. Salesman seemed irritated that I pointed it out, but committed to contacting me when the problem was resolved. I went back in a few days later to look at other vehicles and to check on the status of the vehicle with transmission problems. Same salesman seemed irritated (again) that I was there and said he would reach out when the first car was fixed. He was so rude and short with us that we didn't bother to look at any other vehicles. Are they really going to fix the car or are they going to just slap a band aid on it and sell it to the next sucker Who walk s in the door?? Who knows? But I got a super weird vibe from this place.

car was totaled and a rebuild, insurance is higher on these cars and very few financing options
