The shop was the best experience I've ever had as far as mechanic shops go. These guys worked with me through my issues with my dealership. They got my car done it runs great and shifts like it's supposed to. Big shout out to Joe, Vinny I really appreciate you guys thank you so much.

I had a great experience with the Lead Customer Service Rep, Jeffrey. He took great care of me and my vehicles, but I also learned he is no longer with this store which makes me hesitant to bring my vehicles back. I'm loyal to Jeffrey because he was knowledgable, efficient and honest! I'll be taking my vehicles to him from now on.

This place was awful!! They refused to give my key back unless I paid them $250. They charged me to do a basic assessment and drive my car around. They kept my car for 2 and a half days and didnt drive my car once and only put my car on the rack for couple of hours and they couldnt diagnose what was wrong with my car. I took it somewhere else and they diagnosed it in less than an hour!! I will never do business here again!!

It wasnt spectacular service. I kinda felt jerked around until I got my dad involved who deals with repair places more. Terrible communication. Also Zach the front desk guy was unprofessional when I called and asked how much I owed when I heard my car was ready to be picked up. He replied nothing. Daddy paid for it. First off I didnt ask for my dad to pay for it. He helped me out and Ill be paying him back by weekly until its paid off. And still waiting on a call back on the warranty that I asked about when I picked up my car. Honestly I wont be bringing my car back to them with their professionalism alone. I shouldve found a way to get to a different location where they seemed more trustworthy. Def not 5 star service thats for sure.

Second clutch fix in 6 months at the same Aamco Location, not sure they fixed it the first time. They did replace the entire clutch this time for only labor cost, but had to get my husband on the phone with them. Guess they don't take a woman seriously and tried to say they would not warranty the work, even though they supposedly replaced the clutch before at an inflated rate 35% more then other shops (way overcharged the first time, took advantage of our no car situation obviously).
