They were very friendly, and I believe they did their best to fix my Ridgeline transmission in a timely manner. But this was a problem they had not seen before, and it resulted in two complete rebuilds of the transmission plus the use of outside consultants to solve. It took two weeks to determine the cause of the problem was a pin loose in a wiring harness that controlled the oil valves in the transmission.

It was just as terrible as the first time I went there. They continue to tell you anything to get you to come into the shop and once you are there they quote you ridiculous prices. I do not recommend this shop to anyone, especially females. If I could give them a -5 I would.

I recently visited A Plus transmission in Stafford TX. for transmission fluid exchange in my 2004 Toyota sequoia. A+ did a very good job, they are professionals, knowledgeable, and friendly. The technician also test drove the vehicle to make sure everything is ok.

Something fishy here because on paper records saying that has refurbished transmission and used GM OEM parts but however on CARFAX records showing only transmission fluid change.

Rear mail oil seal replaced on a 2004 Infiniti FX35. My car had been dripping oil about 1 quart per month, so I had to keep cardboard under it in my garage to soak up the oil. Now that the seal is replaced, so far so good...no leaks.

I took my 2015 Ford Escape to this shop because a friend referred me to them. It was one of the worst experiences of my life. When I called them, they told me they would do a free diagnostics on my vehicle, which ended up costing $650.00. They have you sign a contract stating that even if they don't do the work needed you have to pay them the $650.00 for taking your vehicle apart for the diagnostics. Once they tell you what the problem is and you agree to the repairs, they continually keep adding more and more things that they say they find wrong with your vehicle, even after the initial diagnostics. the real kicker is the labor charges. They don't tell you that they charge $195.00 for labor. Also, they want payment in advance for your repairs. That is outrageous! I do not recommend them to anyone.
