I talked with two people at that store The first one seemed courteous and professional. I called a second time and spoke with a different salesperson.He told me that if came with the intent of making a better deal than the list price, to not "waste my time"! That is not a very good way to attract and keep customers! I won't go there.

Hello, I reviewed the calls from your experience and have to disagree with this review. The second salesmen you spoke with informed you we are a no haggle dealership and the online price would be the best price. You then said "I will bring 7K cash and you'll take it." Jose then informed you he did not want you to make the four hour drive if you only planned on paying 7K as that would not purchase the vehicle. The Sienna we had was a super clean 1 Owner vehicle that could not be found elsewhere.

Too short of a test drive. When I requested for their mechanic to come to help remove the radiator cap to check radiator no mechanic was available. The person who gets the paper work together to sign to finish buying the car, when I asked him questions as to what I was signing he is impatient and snobbish.

Hello, I'm sad to see you had a less than great experience. I checked out test drive records and it shows the car was out for over 20 Minutes. You had a hired driver drop you off from over 4 hours away, even with a longer test drive you had already left a non refundable deposit and had no ride home. The Buick was going to be driven four hours back by you either way. Even if you had test driven it an extra five minutes. We went the extra mile holding it for you for over a week and even taking your calls after business hours. Our mechanic shop is not on site therefore we can't just grab them from the back. I personally went and checked it and it was right at the line it should be at every vehicle goes through service before being offered for sale.

Was lied to within the first 5 mins "oh yeah that's a hot car. One guy has test driven it twice and is coming back tomorrow with his wife". (The car was buried behind 2 others that had to be moved first and battery was dead)

Hello, I'm sorry you feel that you did not have the best experience. I just pulled our test drive records and it looks like that vehicle was driven four times the week you came in and did sell the following week. It was not buried in the back. The way out lot is designed we double stack cars so it was in the front spot along San Mateo we like to position our nicest cars in those spots. You also failed to mention you did want to Purchase it but for a large discount and we did sell it shortly after for our No Hassle Price. If you have any questions please let me know. Thank You.
