I appreciated how quickly the recall issue was fixed. The staff here always seem nice. I do not care for the waiting area. It is too small. There are not enough chairs, and the ones that are there are narrow and uncomfortable. Also, if the TV is on and muted, at least have the captions on.

I scheduled the service online on their website. Upon arrival at the scheduled time, front desk lady could not find my reservation. I showed the email confirmation. Even though they accommodated me, that is unprofessional. If they have made a system, they should know about it, honor it, fix it if there any issues. Thank you.
