Worst experience EVER. Every single department at Yonkers Kia is incompetent. It took over 2 weeks and 2 trips to the service department for them to fix the issue with the car THEY JUST SOLD ME. Plus, they joy rode my car for almost 30 miles, leaving mcdonalds receipts in the cup holder.

Hi Tony, this vehicle with this VIN# was a wholesale transaction to a buyer in Iowa. I would like to know what vehicle you purchased and what the issue is or what promise wasn't delivered? There is no record of a Tony purchasing a vehicle from Yonkers Auto Mall in the month of July. Chances are you purchased from somewhere else. You can call me at 914-485-4333. I had several conversations with a female rep. Very nice young lady. Once I finally got there strangely enough, Im to,d the car was sold. Funny, no advise me, but the guy that was there Anthony who showed me another vehicle, I was very interested in it, so I asked some questions via email. NO response, car fax asked if someone had contacted me I said no, next day Anthony responds with inquiring me to do the soft credit check, I responded with it already done and approved. My thoughts are if you cant get someone to be honest run, there either to large of a company and dont need the sale, or they rather you buy a car no questions ask. Which is not good practice. I was disappointed fir sure but I know not to go back to a place that wont acknowledge questions.
