You brought your vehicle back to discuss a noise you were hearing after your service, our service manager test drove your vehicle with you and left the option to re-check your vehicle up to you. At that time, you stated you had to think about your options of what to do with your vehicle and did not return for any further service or diagnostics. We are happy to hear that you were able to fix your vehicle, however we could not assist any further without you returning with the vehicle to take the time to fully diagnose your noise. They set an appointment for a Wednesday didn't start the service till the following week (Monday afternoon) didn't get my jeep back till Wednesday night. No communication with me I had to call them on Friday to find out the didn't start the service. Took eight days to repair the jeep that actually only took about 5 hours.
