Kept pressuring me to trade in my car getting fixed for a new Kia. Even had me believe that the oil was dripping into my engine and was gonna need a new engine soon. Even after all that, the reason I brought my car to them to get fixed, was an airbag recall that still isn't fixed.

The service was awesome dropped off my vehicle For scheduled maintenance...they changed the oil Rotated my tires...and did their multi point inspection of my vehicle...The mechanic actually snugged my tires tight...which I was definitely Satisfied with....great job overall....that's all I have To say ...thanks world kia for helping me with the up Keep of my vehicle....

They did the oil change and the recalls but failed to fix the horn. My husband told them it wasn't working when he called to schedule the appointment and they didn't order the horn until the day we brought the car in. Now we have to wait for the horn to come in and then reschedule another appointment.

Engine light was on, told by previous mechanic that Timing chain will need to be replaced. Intake and exhaust solonoids replaced as well as cam and crankshaft Sensors; told by Kia it was a computer issue, that's all. The very next day, light Is back on, none of the Sensors were checked! Timing chain not checked! They emailed me regarding tire thread??? Now next appt is three weeks out!

Julia greeted us and rood great care of us while we there for an oil change. She answered questions about full synthetic oil. She also answered questions about the certified coverage we got with the car. She also had service look at a reflector strip on the back of the car. Thank you Julia for all your help!

Greg in service is amazing. He is always smiling and explains everything that is going to happen and after he explains the results of any tests or what should come next. He makes going to World Kia Joliet an easy experience. I only needed an oil change but after he explained when I next come in what should be done and it's nice to know someone actually sees you as a person and not just a dollar sign. Thanks Greg!

I recommend not to trust their multi point inspection with the estimate. They generate the list according to the number of miles on the car and not by the condition of the vehicle itself. I expect a class action lawsuit will come of this one .
