The part was do to be put in when I had an oil change, got there, no part. So had to bring car back again for a day, did so and then waited all afternoon to be picked up again and finally was told it would be another day. Got the car the next morning.

It took 2 days to get a warrantied car battery replaced. If you ask a customer to bring their vehicle in to get serviced on a certain day and time (8am), you should at least have someone look at it that same day and not 24hr+ later. It took me 30 minutes to diagnose the problem and it would have taken me 10 more minutes to replace the battery myself. Had it not been for the warranty I would have done just that.

Mr Chevy Traverse was take in by Luke. It had another issue that they could not find although they tried to find it,vit did not happen. Instead of keeping my car another 4 days they did the oil change and I was able to pick up me vehicle.
