Beware. Deceptive business practices. Gave my daughter a quote for $2700 worth of unnecessary work. Had to pay $260 for a total sham. Was more interested in selling her a new car than fixing her current car. Went to a different dealership, and the problem was fixed within 5 minutes. A rear rotor plate was bent and had rust on it. It was causing a squeak. No charge.

Service was done in under 3 hours. The desperation of the sales team in the office to flip the car for a sale make this shop very undesirable to visit for anything more than a recall. They barrage you with texts emails and in person requests and questions about trading in your vehicle.

I liked the friendly atmosphere and swift emergency repair after being towed from the Bronx River Parkway. But I didn't like that the address - 61 Bank Street does not come up on line, nor appear on the paper billing. Only the towing service was knowledgeable of the this HONDA SERVICE location.

I walked in to be seen and stood there for a good 10 minutes before walking away and asking the cashier could she find someone to help me. The service department was professional and dealt with the battery cable recall quickly and professionally. On the downside, within 24 hour of my service appointment I received 5 phone calls from 5 different WP Honda sales people asking to purchase my car as well as text messages, an email, and a mailing later in the week. Really turned a first rate experience into an annoyance.
