If this is the car I think it is, I believe it had a salvaged title. Unfortunately, you had to scroll deep down to find this out. I've also found many dealers are adding on these bogus charges.... nitrogen filled tires, edge guards, paint protection, "cat" locks, Lo Jack. It's fine if the customer WANTS to add these on, but many dealers are MANDATING them. The car buying experience these days is AWFUL!

As soon as I saw the car I was interested in on CarFax, I contacted the dealer to see if it was still available. It was. We made an appointment for me to see it the next day. I saw it, I bought it. The day after that the paperwork was done, I gave them my check, and drove home my new car. I believe I got an excellent price and an excellent vehicle. West Coast was very polite and very efficient.

Everything worked out perfect. I ended up liking a different car even better and bought it with great service from Manny.

Not good... Salesman was condescending and rude... Some issue with Carfax incorrectly listing the miles on my vehicle as a possible trade in... He practically insinuated that I had caused the mistake that made...
by Laura B. on 04/27/2025Verified Shopper
I didn't like that the seatbelt in the car I was interested in had trouble latching. Also, the salesman that was helping us didn't seem all that knowledgeable about the cars. The man in the office was helpful though.

Although I have not purchased a car from this establishment my rating is due to the graciousness of the customer service representative. I hope to do business in the future with West Coast Auto Group Inc.
by 2013 MERCEDES-BENZ C250 Shopper on 10/25/2021Verified Shopper
Very friendly, no pressure, just gave me the details. I found another vehicle somewhere else more closely aligned with my personal options.

The monthly payment and how much it would be for a down payment for the 2005 mini Cooperpayment and if so would you be able to deliver it.
by Andrew E. on 10/06/2019Verified Purchase
Good dealership very satisfied with the car only thing I wasnt satisfied with was they did not fill up the tank and wash it when bought.
by Ronald Earl H. on 09/19/2019Verified Shopper
The person returned my message offer to buy and said I'll talk to the owner and get back to you. But he never got back to me.

Car had been repainted.right front...Radio/Panel did not work. Left front Bushing loose/making noise...Sam said he would address but I am not interested in a car that was in an accident...
by Juliet R. on 02/27/2019Verified Shopper
Talked to Peter ? He was going to call me back. Haven't heard from them again. I bought a car elsewhere.
by Cynthia R. on 03/02/2025Verified Shopper
