Everyone is very nice here and I am always happy with my experience. In this case, I brought my car in for tire rotation, brakes, oil change, and multiy point inspection. My tire pressure light was not on when I brought it in when it came out the tire light was on and when I checked it these were the pressures: 27,31,41,46. I took care of it but I don't expect my tire to be at 27 when it comes out of the shop.

Great experience, I waited for my vehicle and it was a particularly busy day with a couple of emergency repairs ahead of me. They still managed to complete my oil change and have me checked out within an hour. I love Wareham Ford they always live up to my high expectations.

I was extremely satisfied with my service here from start to finish. I was working on cape for the summer and need and oil change so I decided to drive off cape and have my truck serviced here. The associates were extremely helpful and nice and the dealership was very clean and my service was done in a very timely manner. Thank you I will be back next summer.

They had issues programming my key to my vehicle, but I was advised ahead of time (while making the appointment) that that could have been the case. I completely understand, the only thing was I was not informed while I was sitting in the waiting room until I went back to service to inquire. I will definitely be returning for any future issues that my local mechanic can not do.

I had appointment for oil change . The manager came to me and said we noticed wipers needed to be changed and some filters needed to be changed and the lug nuts needed to be replaced as they were swollen and hard to get off. He asked if wanted done now or make an appointment. I asked him if could be done now and so I was done and didn't need to return.
