I didn't like the fact that the parts were not available when the work was scheduled. I had to return another day. I live an hour away. The repairs were completed, and the communication was professional. I also appreciate the loaner car for the two days to complete the job. And the price was fair. The list of accolades is really quite long. Great service, prompt, courteous and efficient. I bought a car from for the first time and I intend to go to them for my next. The transmission on the Passat was leaking. I wasn't using the car for three weeks. I was given a loner to drive. The important thing is that Mr. Koenig from the service department informed me of the progress until the vehicle was ready to drive. It is great having the Passat back.

I have had my car serviced here almost entirely (minus one oil change while traveling) since I bought it 5 years ago. This was an awful experience with terrible communication and little resolution. I may never return.

The place is all torn up for remodeling with no place to sit inside. It took from 1pm to 5 pm to get an oil change and tire check.
